What is the ORH

ORH full form Officers Rest House. The ORH (Officers’ Rest House) room can be booked only for railway employees, family members and guests. Railway employees book rooms through ORH and get a discount of about 99% or more. The hotel rooms that are booked are usually government hotels. Hotels provide more services than 5-star hotels.

• All those railway employees whose offices are not eligible for GPRA or are not appearing in the list of officers should select “others” while processing ORH booking.
• Pay Fixation order for the present Post
• Present Pay Slip
• Joining Oder Government Service
• Any Document Like Aadhar Card, Voter Card etc

ORH Booking Process for Railway Employees

For Railway Employees Officers Rest House Booking process is very simple. You can easily complete the Rest House process by following the steps

Step 1: For Booking Railway Employees Officers Rest House First Visit ORH Website https://esampada.mohua.gov.in. Scroll down then check “Holiday Homes and Touring Officers Hostels” and click the “Read More” Button

Step 2: After clicking the Read More Button Then click on the “Book Now” option under the Useful Link on the right

Step 3: Then a popup will show click on the “Register Here” Option. Esampada website to register railway employees

Step 4: Enter Railway Employee Details like Name, DOB, Employee Category, City Posted /Living, Email Id, Mobile No and Otp then click on the “Submit” Button

Step 5: As a Railway Employee Enter your joining date and retirement date then click the “Submit” button

Step 6: After submitting, a popup will show and your registration will be successful, click the OK Button

Step 7: After registering successfully go to again SIGN IN option enter the registered mobile number and give OTP then verify I am not a Robot and click the “SIGN IN” option

Step 8: After Login Fill in Details like Your Photo, category, Permanent Address, Residential address, Pan Card Number, Office Phone number & Email ID, Joining Date, Service Status, Present basic date, Current Position Pay Fixation Date, Deputation, Nature Service and Click “Update Profile” Button

Step 9: After your profile update, you are eligible for ORH booking. Then click “Holiday Home/ Guest House Booking” Option

Step 9: Click On the Book Now Option and Continue Your Booking Process

Step 10: Enter Visit Type, Applicant category, House Type, Check-In Date, Check-Out Date and No Of Night.

Step 11: After Entering Room Details Then Selected Room Type And Click Make Payment Option

Step 12: See above the captcha and put the exact captcha below then Click the “Continue” Button And Confirm Payment. Finally, Complete the ORH booking

How to Cheak ORH Room Availability?

Step 1: Go to the SIGN IN option enter the registered mobile number and give OTP then verify I am not a Robot and click the “SIGN IN” option

Step 2: After your profile update, you are eligible for ORH booking. Then click “Holiday Home/ Guest House Booking” Option

Step 3: Click on the Check Abivality Rooms

Step 4: Enter the Hotel Name, Room Type, Form Date, End Date and click check Abivality. Then Show Available Rooms
